The first step is to register and login to “Dari.” “Dari” is Abu Dhabi’s trusted digital ecosystem for real estate, which is backed by the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and developed by Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES). You can register and login using the unified number (UID), UAE pass, or Emirates ID (EID) number. The second step is to choose the service of issuing a “site plan certificate.” Dari offers multiple significant real estate services to manage your properties. The third step is to pay the allocated fees for issuing the certificate. Finally, you can download the site plan certificate within seconds. It is an easy, straightforward process that takes only a few minutes.

Fees

The fees for issuing a site plan certificate in Abu Dhabi is AED 100, which is paid to the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT). The fees can be paid on Dari through either a “Dari wallet” or a Debit/ credit card.
