Started in 2021 as a joint effort between the Government of Abu Dhabi, represented by the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), and the private sector, we strive to pool our collective resources with the ultimate goal of creating a knowledgeable, and ethical, professional body of real estate experts to serve the UAE’s capital region, increase market transparency, and boost the market’s accessibility to local and foreign investors alike.

What do we do?

ThinkProp is a reference and a source for the immense body of legal, theoretical, and practical knowledge that dictates the ins and outs of Abu Dhabi’s dynamic real estate market. In the same vein, ThinkProp is, in effect, a communication channel between aspiring real estate professionals and world-class instructors in the fields of brokerage, auctioning, surveying, valuation, and much, much more.

We accompany candidates from day one by offering a slew of courses in various real estate domains, organizing training sessions with instructors and providing the necessary study material, testing students on their gained real estate knowledge, and issuing certifications and licenses on behalf of the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Why and how are we different?

We are an entity recognized and authorized by the DMT to provide study materials, training sessions, and licenses to the real estate brokers, surveyors, auctioneers, and valuers of tomorrow.

The government’s trust in our services is supported by our approach to ensure that the right knowledge is taught by the right people in the right way. The knowledge and teaching methods are compiled and applied by hand-picked instructors who have exhibited outstanding achievements and contributions to the Emirates’ real estate market and who, through their extensive experience in the region, have acquired the breadth and depth of knowledge necessary to pass on to the next generation of real estate professionals.
